I feel like “about me” pages for deal bloggers all look the same, and if you’ve read one, you’ve read them all. Like the speeches at graduations. So I’ll at least keep it short and sweet in this grad month of May, which is the best we can hope for in the grad speeches.

I’m a Boise gal (don’t let the Beavers hat fool you) who’s always loved a deal but got especially into frugal living after we bought a house, had a baby, and found ourselves underemployed all during the infamous ’08-’09 recession. That probably ages me more than I’d like to admit, but with age comes savvy. Sometimes.
